You are more likely to feel somewhat miserable and bad. An example of this quote is like someone vandilizing school's property. If a person paints ont the walls and writes ont he desks , he/she (later on) will not feel quite good. Now in the other hand, if someone does something good, that person will more likely to be happy and great about themselves. Now that is possible. Throughout my experience, when ever i do something wrong such as a white lie, i do feel bad . I feel it's wrong. If someone doesn't choose the right , they will not feel right. It is like a rule.
