  Family Practitioner

Duties and Responsibilities: A family practitioner is a specialist who are often the first person whom a patient sees when seeking health care services. They collect, maintain, and record the patient’s information such as medical history, reports, and examination results. One of their duty is to order and perform tests and analyze the data. They also refer and recommend other specialists to go for their problem. Their duty most of all is to advise what’s good and bad for the patient in the physical check.

Salary: $189,000 a year in average.

Education: All premedical students must have taken biology, physics, and chemistry as an undergraduate. They must have taken extra-curricular activities and have a role in leadership. They must take the medical doctor admission test and submit their scores with their application. They must attend 2 years of medical school and graduates must pass the United States Medical Licensing Examination before they work with medicine. They must have a medical degree in those four years and as well as a bachelor's degree. They also must have an internship.

Demand for this profession: The growth of this career increases a maximum of %15 per year.

Reflection: I think I would like to be a family doctor , because I want to help people with health issues and their problems. I would like to make them happy.
